Privacy Policy

Catch ("we", "us") is a sneaker price and stock comparison site for India, operated by an individual — see About & Contact. This page explains what personal data Catch collects and why.

What we collect

• Waitlist / signal email. If you submit your email on the homepage, it is sent to and stored by Formspree, a third-party form processor, and used only to send you updates about Catch.
• Restock alert email. If you use "Notify me" on a product to request a restock alert, we store your email address together with the product and size you asked about in our database (Supabase). It is used only to send you a one-time email when that size comes back in stock, sent via our email provider, Resend. This data cannot be read or exported through the site's public interface — only by the backend systems that send the alert.

We do not collect passwords, payment details, or government ID numbers — Catch has no accounts and no checkout, so there is nothing of that kind to collect.

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on Catch. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal server operation; we do not separately access or use this for tracking.

How we use it

Email addresses are used solely to send the update or alert you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

Links to other sites

Catch links out to brand and retailer websites (for example Nike, Adidas, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio) so you can complete a purchase. Once you leave Catch, that site's own privacy policy applies — we have no visibility into or control over what they collect.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any email address we hold, or ask what data we hold about a specific address, at any time — email contact@lacesignal.store and we will action it directly, since all of this data is held in systems only we control.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
